When the description said low profile I feared the hat would not really cover my head from sun. Not true, it is cut generously. Bill is broad and long to keep sun off. Colors of the Sheriffs' logo and the red white blue are bright and bold. Love this hat!

Agreed, it's a typical hat really; however, it's comfortable, easily adjustable and isn't even too overly big for smaller heads - it looks great, I received several comments and compliments on it
