Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

You may return an item(s) within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Every item that leaves our warehouse is inspected before it is shipped. An "Inspected By" tag is in every box to assure you that these items are of the utmost quality.

If your purchase shows up damaged due to poor handling by the shipper, we will replace it free of charge. Pictures of the damaged product will need to be provided within 1-2 days of receiving it.

If you would like to return an item, simply because you don't like it and it is free of defects, we will refund your purchase, however we will not cover the cost of shipping. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We only ship to US addresses.

For in stock items, purchases usually ship within 2-3 business days. 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are based on the weight and dimensions of product(s) ordered. This is per UPS and USPS as all shipping is now based on Dimensional Weight and not product weight alone.
